        Jay Pipkin is the founder and owner of Information Technology Software Solutions, Inc., a technology services company dedicated to providing reliable, secure, and innovative IT solutions for businesses and individuals. With a strong foundation in cybersecurity and computer information science, Jay has built ITSS Inc. to focus on practical solutions in networking, system administration, cloud services, VOIP management, and website design.

        Jay’s career in IT spans roles in technical support, computer repair, and remote/onsite IT services, giving him the knowledge and real-world experience to address a wide range of client needs. Under his leadership, ITSS Inc. is committed to combining technical skill with customer care, ensuring that every client receives the attention and solutions they deserve.

         Outside of ITSS Inc., Jay remains active in his community through volunteer work as a camera operator and trainer at Waters Edge Church and as part of Langley Speedway’s production team. His passion for both technology and service is at the heart of his approach to business, making ITSS Inc. a trusted partner for technology solutions.
